At camp, we play various games and create a publish-ready game in just four days! Master GDevelop and enjoy different gaming experiences! This camp is a comprehensive dream camp package for gamers.
Let's say it right at the start: School of Gaming's Game Studio is not a coding school. Of course, video games can't be created without programming, but that's not the only skill needed for game development. Our Game Studio welcomes everyone from scriptwriters to sound designers. Someone might even want to be a project manager. In our Game Studio, we play at game development with full commitment and seriousness!
At our game development camp, we harness the skills and interests of all campers for a collaborative game project. You can participate in the online camp from anywhere in the world. In the Game Studio, we live and breathe video game creation and everything it encompasses.
For game development, we use the GDevelop platform, to which campers receive access at the beginning of camp. GDevelop is a no-code game development platform. By freeing participants from learning to code, we can focus on developing interesting game mechanics, stories, characters, and experiences. Despite being code-free, GDevelop is not a children's toy—it can be used to create real, publishable games. You can check out what can be achieved with this tool in this video: https://youtu.be/fWlbfyGARpg?si=qMdwVnlKVwmXhUWG
